O Christmas Tree!

The other night we put our Christmas tree up! Last night we decorated it. Maybe it's just me but a tree sorta makes Christmas "official" in a way...ya know? I LOVE Christmas trees. They're so happy. :-D We have presents under the tree too.

Our tree!!

I'm sorry, the ipad takes bad pictures.

But guess what happened without me even trying?!?
Not like the really pretty ones but it's still pretty cool, don't ya think?

Saxon's Ornaments

Piersen's Ornaments
(Don't ask how he has only two...  :-/ )

My Ornaments
( I don't know what I was thinking when is chose the top left one...)

My this year one. Mama chose it and I LOVE it!!!
It's a fox and it has glitter on the chest and tail. It's soooo pretty!

Some of my faves!
The bottom right one looks like a dog toy but I love it. :-)

Our stockings!
The red one with the deer is mama's, the other red one is daddy's, the white one with the trees is mine, and the other two white ones are Saxons and bubs.

Pretty presents. The one right in the front with the cream ribbon is mamas that I wrapped. Just sayin'...   ;-)

See the plaid ribbon? Happiness in a piece of ribbon!! For me anyways...

And now I'm gonna brag on my Mama. Because seriously?!?! She rocks at wrapping presents!! And the bow...I don't even know how she did it...plaid ribbon... I'm super happy this is my present.

I used the flash so it's kinda weird looking but I love this present. It's soooo cute.

I tried to take a picture of our Christmas chain and this happened. :-P

Totally off topic, this is how big our Thankful Tree got. We missed quite a few days.
Daddy's orange, Mama's brown, Piersen is green, Saxon is yellow, and I'm red.

Another off topic, here's a recipe link to Dark chocolate chip scones.

They're super yummy we love them. The dough makes a really big mess on the counter though. Speaking of the dough, it's DELISH to eat raw. ;-D a few notes: she divides her dough into three balls makes them into circles and then cuts them into triangles. We just press out our whole thing of dough into a squareish shape and then cut them into rectangles or squares.  Put melted butter on the top and sprinkle with raw sugar. (Raw, right, Mama?) Also, we only cook about 5 at a time so we just put te other ones on a pan and freeze them.
After they've froze put 'em in a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer when you what a few more take them out of the bag and cook 'em. :-D

And now I have to go. I'll have some more posts coming soon.

Hugs and Kisses,
Kaylee
