Sorry :'(

I'm sorry, everyone, that I haven't posted anything in such a long time.  I shall soon (hopefully) have a big, long recall of all our.....shall we say "adventures".  I know that a lot of people who read my blog have heard of all of our :adventures but there are also some that I do not talk with on the phone hardly ever so......you get the picture.

Mosquitoes

Yes.... mosquitoes. There has been quite few around here lately. Even in the house. Sometimes you'll smack one and then there will be blood on the wall and your hand. Not exactly the loveliest thing ever. One of my friends said that one of her friends when a mosquitoes lands on her wrist she squeezes her wrist so the blood will go into the mosquito and then it pop's because it has too much blood in it. G-R-O-S-S!!!!!!! totally.
In our backyard behind the fence there is a birch tree and in that birch tree there is a robin's nest. Sometimes you can see the robin's head sticking out but at other time's not. We don't know if there are eggs yet, but hopefully Daddy will get the ladder so we can see in it.
Today ( saturday ) Bub's best friend, Michael, and his Mom came over for a ( late ) b-day lunch where we had homemade pizza, and store bought cheesecake ( because Mama packed her pans so...... ) and store bought ice-cream. It was fun.
I think we have ( FINALLY ) found a house, but alas it is a dry cabin which will not be too too much fun but at least it's just for a couple months over the Summer ( we have to use an out house YUCK ).
Nothing else much going around here lately and I have to go get my PJ's on anyway's.

We're moving to............

ANCHORAGE!!

I'm pretty happy because I'll still be able to see all of my friends since we'll be so close to them but I still wish I could see everyone in Florida and Georgia. :) 

Daddy starts work there on June 11th. He'll be working on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. We're still trying to decide where we're gonna actually live. Daddy and I are gonna head down to Anchorage on Thursday and stay there till Saturday to look around at houses. Mama and Daddy have been looking at lots of houses on-line and have seen quite a few cute ones that aren't too much money. With Daddy's new job starting on June 11th we have more time to hang out with all of our friends then what it may have been earlier. He didn't actually have a start date for the job so I'm not sure when he would've started but I do know that it would've been earlier then June 11th............I think so anyboo........I REALLY REALLY hope that I got all of that right....but if I didn't Mama reads my blog and she'll leave a comment fixing my mistakes so read the comments just to be sure...please. :)

Day before Yesterday (aka: Sunday)

Happy Late Mother's ("mama's") Day,to all of those Mother's, Mom's,Mama's,Mommy's,whatever as long as you are a Mama than the above is going to you!

Me and Daddy had decide to make Mama lactose-free pancakes whilst she slept in.....buuuuuut Daddy forgot. :( Oop-Si-Doop-Si!! Ah well...next time perhaps.  : D
We went to church, then we were gonna go to this cute little falafal place for lunch but it was C-L-O-S-E-D....BUUUUUUUMEEEEEEEEER! So we decided that we would go to a new thai place buuuuuuuut then Mama and Daddy decided on the way home that she (Mama) would drop Daddy,Saxon,Bub,and I off at the house to gather fire wood while she went to the store to get hot dogs,buns,chocolate bars, graham crackers, marshmallows,and of course whatever else she needed at the store. When she got home we had enough fire wood for a fire. We made one, ate outside, and had lots of F-U-N!!!!

On a side note: Mama,sorry we didn't do lunch,I sure hope you had just as much fun with the fire. I did but after all, it was for Y-O-U.  : D


Also,Mama made these WONDERFUL drinks and as I was watching, Saxon was transferring ice cubes from one cup into another because apparently it was "yahky" (which is really "yucky") so he then proceeded to dump the cup that did not have the ice cubes in it onto the ground,then he did the same with the next cup........and the next. Yes I know it's just one of the most loveliest things ever isn't it?  N-O-T!


As of now I don't have the pictures from that night uploaded onto the computer so I will have to try to get those uploaded so you can---hopefully---enjoy them.

1-hour Bread

This recipe for 1-hour bread is DELICIOUS!! And...anyone can make it. : D So.......ENJOY!!


1-Hour Bread


Ingredients:
5 1/4 c. bread flour (we use regular)
3 TBS. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt (Mama does not think this is enough...I do about 2 tsp...or more)
1 1/2 TBS. instant yeast (rounded)
1 1/2 TBS veg. oil
2 c. warm water


Directions:

Mix together the first 4 ( flour, sugar, salt, yeast) ingredients.
Add the last 2 (oil, water) ingredients.
Mix for 1 minute,it should be very sticky.
Mix for 5 minutes (no more flour after this mixing).
Spray the counter w/non-stick spray.
Knead the bread real quick,you don't need to knead it much.
Cut the bread into 2 pieces and shape into 2 loaves.
Put loaves on pan and cover.  Let rise for 25 minutes (on the counter).
Turn oven onto 350*.
When 25 minutes are over slash bread  and bake for 25-30 minutes.

SLICE!  BUTTER!  AND OH OH OH I ALMOST FORGOT.......EAT!!!!

Thought I would tell a little 'bout what's goin' on 'round her lately. (sorry i felt like writing everything the short way today).
OK.
It's been cold 'round here lately. Like sunny at first and then it gets all cloudy and sometimes RAINS!!  AGH!!
-starts singing- rain rain go away come again some other day -stops singing- Anyhoo....-clears throat-
Saxon of late has been getting tummy aches 2 or 3 time a day and Mama talked to her friend and her friend said that Sax might be lactose intolerant. I think I got that right.... so anyways Mama wants us to try going lactose free for 10 days. UGH!! Seriously,Dude?!?!?!?! I CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT MILK!!!!!
Anyboo...yes I meant to type that  : D That's all really.
Oh except for my Hoopies are spending the night tonight....YAY YAY YAY!!!

Hey, Ya'll!

Hey!

As you may have noticed I changed my blog up a bit...well I guess you could say a lot. I changed all the colors and text and everything but--thankfully--I didn't change where everything is. I also added an About. So go check that out if you want! I hope you like my changes. And I hope you like my About. And yeah,yeah,yeah some of the stuff in my About is really weird--I'm really weird--but.....I like weird. :) Mama and I have this saying: If you're weird, you're not weird. If you're not weird, you're weird. Get it? Daddy sure doesn't! :p (see right now I'm being weird). Anyhoo..I miss everyone down there in Florida! And Georgia (yup,I'm talking to you Aunt Mary Jo,and Uncle John, and Luke, and Crash)! Hopefully I'll post another post soon and talk to ya'll soooooooon!!!!! Love you!!!

COOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK,let me tell you the story from the beginning.

So we were driving home from church Today and we had just passed the transfer site. So I'm sitting in my seat looking out the window and I see something. (so real quick........on the road we were driving on there are woods and then there is a big tall fence and then there is some grass and then some more trees and then a ditch and then the road....BUT ANYHOO!!)so....I see something and I'm thinking like oh OK I'm pretty sure I just saw a wild cat and then I'm telling everyone in the car "Guys I think I just saw a wild cat I'm almost positive I just saw a wild cat!" and then Daddy is turning around and then we see it again and Daddy and Mama are like "Yep that's a lynx." Can you believe it or what?? A LYNX!!!!!!!!! Dude,like TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was REALLY awesome. We didn't get any pictures but I thought you might still be interested. So yeah wha-da-ya think? And the poor little guy or girl was stuck in between a fence and a road.....not exactly the best or funnest two things to be stuck between when you're a wild cat now is it? The little thing started to go the right way where eventually the fence would stop and he would be able to go into the woods but he turned back around after going a little ways. I sure hope that he'll find his way back home.....where ever his home is.

It was a cool little "adventure".

Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter Sunday!!!

I hope that everyone has

a wonderful weekend. I think that we are going to.....even though it would be even better if we were there (in Fl.) celebrating with ya'll. We're gonna go to church on Sunday and then after church we're gonna go over to the Shaw's for an Easter dinner. They (the Shaw's) also invited a very new couple from church over. I think that it is very sweet for the Shaw's to invite us to dinner. I'm going to most likely be a little bored. I'll probably be sitting with the grown-ups reading a book or writing my book. Why you ask??? I'll tell you why. I will be the ONLY girl there. Yes the ONLY. Wait wait wait...please let me re-phrase that. I will be the only girl that is a CHILD. Mh Hmm....much better. :-D The Shaw's have two boys neither of them around my age.....2 yrs and 5 yrs. Oh well though, I will hopefully have an at least....oh what....20-30.....minute Hoopie fix before that. ;-) I'm sure I will still have fun though. The Shaw's are very nice people. But then again like EVERYBODY at our church is....... :-D

And some photos are up above. When I added them to this post it didn't put them where I wanted them....oh well. Unfortuentely I do not have a recent picture of Saxon. Even these one's aren't very recent. And yes we are wearing homemade armor out of cardboard and I look COMPLETELY RI-DIC-U-LUS. *sigh* Perhaps soon...perhaps very soon I will have a bunch of pictures up on my blog....and perhaps they will actually be recent. :-D

And oh oh oh waaaaaait!!!! Yeah...umm....I'm wearing.....umm...OK OK I'm wearing Saxon's armor that say's 'Prince Saxon' and has a lion on it and is WAY too small for me. Daddy made me put it on in the picture. *UGH!!*
