1-hour Bread

This recipe for 1-hour bread is DELICIOUS!! And...anyone can make it. : D So.......ENJOY!!

1-Hour Bread

Ingredients:
5 1/4 c. bread flour (we use regular)
3 TBS. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt (Mama does not think this is enough...I do about 2 tsp...or more)
1 1/2 TBS. instant yeast (rounded)
1 1/2 TBS veg. oil
2 c. warm water

Directions:

Mix together the first 4 ( flour, sugar, salt, yeast) ingredients.
Add the last 2 (oil, water) ingredients.
Mix for 1 minute,it should be very sticky.
Mix for 5 minutes (no more flour after this mixing).
Spray the counter w/non-stick spray.
Knead the bread real quick, you don't need to knead it much.
Cut the bread into 2 pieces and shape into 2 loaves.
Put loaves on pan and cover.  Let rise for 25 minutes (on the counter).
Turn oven onto 350*.
When 25 minutes are over slash bread  and bake for 25-30 minutes.

SLICE!  BUTTER!  AND OH OH OH I ALMOST FORGOT.......EAT!!!!

psssst........your suppose to go make it now.....

Hmm?  you talkin' to me? I didn't say anything about making it..wa-cha talkin' 'bout?  ; D
