No, no, I'm sorry, not my new look. My blogs new look. Obviously. :-p I hope you like it. I tried to be somewhat springy. I'll give it a little while for me to get use to. Or not use to. I might decide I don't like the look of it. Because you know, I just have to always change my mind. :-D
Right now, here it's infested with Mosquitos. Ugh!! But wonderful weather! So that's nice.
Love you!!
Oh and quick question. Are my fonts always hard to read? What about this one? Comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yay! Yay! Yay!
Papa Rich and Nana KK bought their plane tickets!!! We are SO excited that they'll be here....this Summer. They'll be here July 24th to August 4th. We'll be taking a cruise and a train ride hopefully. And I would really like to take a bus tour in Denali. We'll have to see. We'll just do some sightseeing and even if we didn't get to do any of the stuff it would still be fun just since they're here. I absolutely CANNOT wait!!!!
I LOVE YOU PAPA AND NANA!!!!!!!!

8!
So I'm like almost a week late. Oops. Who cares though. Right?
Piersen had a good day. He woke up to a hallway full of balloons, an 8 on the mirror, and words on the car. The car said 'Piersen is 8!' 'Honk for Piersen!' Nobody honked... :-( :-p For presents he got: 'Risk: Lord of the Rings Edition. It's out of print now so you can only get it at places like EBay or such. And a nice sketch book with some nice pencils. He likes drawing so he liked that. He had cheesecake for his cake....as always. That was extremely yummy. And homemade pizza for dinner. Yum! Yesterday he got a package from Nana KK and Papa which contained: a very nice pair of binoculars, and Axis and Allies. So he also very much enjoyed those presents. He got money from Nana Mary. Money is always nice, right? ;-)
The only pictures we have of Piersens birthday on the iPad is a video....and I don't think that works on here.
BUT I can show you my doggie. Her name is Malificent Regina. Lol. I'm joking. Since her name is Millie I like to be silly and call her Malificent. And since Malificent is a bad person and so is Regina I like to joke around and call her Malificent Regina when she's getting on my nerves. And yes, Regina is a bad person in 'Once Upon a Time'. For those of you who don't watch 'Once Upon a Time'. I LOVE that show.....can't wait for Season 3!! Ahem...anywho.
My dog :
Love you all lots and lots and lots!!!

Of Summer, A Birthday, and Visitors
Of Summer: Yes, Summer, I think....it was sooo hot yesterday. We had to have Popsicles. It was burning. So hopefully Summer will stay....for longer than two days.
Of a Birthday: My brother is going to be 8 tomorrow. 8!! He's growing up way too fast.
Of Visitors: Our friends the Linds came and stayed with us for 5 days. They talked about their life in Africa at our church and hung out with all our wonderful friends at church. They went to our church in Fairbanks and moved to Africa to be missionaries in the DRC. If you wanna check them out you can visit their website at: lindfamily.org
Donations are great but prayers are always welcomed with big smiles too.
So yeah, I'll tell of Piersen's birthday tomorrow. Bye-Bye!!
Love,
Kaylee

Hello!
Hi!
I'm very sorry, I still haven't done any pictures from when the Hoops were here. I will soon though, I promise. Not much has been going on here. Lots of nice, warm, days. Some days are sunny. Some days are cloudy. Most days have just the right amount of wind.
Millie is still in the process of not going to the bathroom in the house....I really need to teach her that. I'm trying but it's proving itself harder done than said. I am trying to take her out more often but it's annoying. The worse time is in the morning, when I'm in my Jammie shorts and t-shirt and its still pretty cold. Now that it's warming up, it's much more enjoyable though.
There was a moose down our driveway a couple days ago, then it was in the woods across the street, and it was in the woods by our house last night....Libby was barking at it. Then it was in our yard in the middle of the night. I saw moose prints in the mud.
We went to Hatchers Pass Friday (D got to stay home) but it was too snowy up there to hike. But the view was gorgeous. We saw two people with a dog climbing up a big giant hill and then skiing down, and they made excellent time climbing up. Way better than we would have. And people take their snow-mobiles up on really steep hills and it is soooooo creepy.
And also, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!!!!! I hope you have (or had) a loverly day. ;-) We went to church, and then ate dinner upstairs.
Farewell, my Dears. I shall soon show you of the lovely time we had with the Hoops.
Toodle-loo!!

Homeschool Conference
Hello, Peeps!
This is a bit late but I shall tell you of our conference anyhoo.
Thursday night ( not last week but I believe the week before that) the hoops got here! YAY! We stayed up until about 12:00 and were then sent to bed. The girls and I talked some but we were all pretty tired and we wanted to be rested for the conference the next day, and we just decided we could talk late another night. The next morning we, left the house around 10:00 to go the conference. We listened to a talk from Doug Phillips which was quite interesting. Then we went to the cars and ate lunch which was chips and cookies and crackers and chicken salad. Thanks, Aunt Annie! Then we went back inside and everyone except the Mom's went to a bird talk. We listened to a lady talk about owls and she then brought an owl out of it's cage. It was rescued. It had actually flew into a car window and broke it's wing. Poor owl. Then a lady started to talk about birds and then it started to get hot. If the bird lady had spoken up just a little more it would've been more enjoyable but we could hardly hear what she was saying. Elijah left to go to Aunt Annie I think. And then Abigail took Selah potty, and then to Aunt Annie and then Abigail came back. But then she took Saxon to Mama and this time Abigail stayed away. And then Uncle Kenny left. So Leah, Jarah, and I were stuck with Nathan and Piersen who were getting antsy to be done in the sweltering hot room. Ugh. Seriously, it was so hot someone had to bring a fan that quietly blows cool air in. Then it was finally over and we left to the cool hallway. And then Leah and I yelled at Abigail...not really but you get it. ;-)
Then Mama took Saxon and the boys home and Aunt Annie and the girls and I went to a writing class. Which was just the lady explaining to the parents how the writing program worked. Which was sorta pointless for the girls and I. I don't think Aunt Annie enjoyed it very much either....I might have seen her starting to doze once or twice. Tsk,tsk. ;-p
And then we went home. And walked the dogs. But only two at a time. They were a bit to rambunctious for us 4 girls. Oh and there were 4 dogs. Two from my family and two from their family. :-)
The next day (Saturday) we went and listened to another talk from Doug Phillips. Then the hoops went to lunch with some friends from Kenai and we went to Costco for lunch and then we took Mama back to listen to a talk about kids and Daddy took us kids back out to town to run a couple other errands and then we came back to the conference and then the hoops came back and then we went home. And this time us 4 girls attempted to take all 4 dogs on a walk. Which, honestly, wasn't all that bad. Then we stayed up really late chatting. Also when we got home we discovered that a certain Kalani (one of the hoops dogs) had chewed through the wires that made the trailer go. Uh-oh. Uncle Kenny was not very pleased. He spent an hour or two that night fixing it.
Then on Sunday we got up and hungout until 10:00 and then the hoops had to leave. Wahhhh!!! :'-(. They still had to go to anchorage to do a Costco run. The we found Abigail's insulin in the fridge. Whoops! They had to come back and get that. So I don't think they got on the road until about 1:00. So they were in for a late night drive. Poor hoopies.
Alright I know I've yet to do pictures but they're on my iPod not the iPad so....soon. And I hope you can understand everything I said I was kinda just typing nonstop without with really paying much attention. My bad. I'm having a lazy day. There is no sun today. :-( Don't worry I'll double check my grammar and such. And on a side note...auto correct on here is seriously starting to get on my nerves today. It's trying to change a bunch of stuff. It changed hoopies to hollies. Ugh. I fixed it though. Maybe it's all my fault...I'm speed typing today. :-)
The snow is almost all gone! Except the forecast for Friday has snow on it. NOOOOOO!!!!! See how much grass?
So yeah, I guess I'll go now. Love you all! I'll get pics up ASAP.
And I case you need a smile.....a sleeping puppy. :-D. She looks like a little ball of fuzz...cutie pie!
And while I was checking this post before I published it...Millie decide to stretch out...lol.

Hullo!!*
Hullo, My lovelies!
*You may have noticed the star in the title. I'm going to try my best to sound proper in this post. For I do most surely feel like speaking with an English accent. And also apparently typing wih one.
I've not much to update about. The snow is melting. Not a load but a reasonable amount. I have good hope that it may be quite grassy by the time the Hoops arrive. Speaking of the Hoops they shall be here in merely 5 days beginning tomorrow. It is quite thrilling! I simply CANNOT contain my joy of how soon they shall be here.
My dear dog is also doing quite well. She has quite obviously grown since we've gotten her for Dear Mummy weighed her and said that she weighed 5.6 pounds compared to the 3.4 pounds she was when we first took her in. She still isn't completely house-broken of yet. Perhaps it has something to do with my lackadaisical attitude of having to take her out every 30 minutes to an hour. I'm afraid that I must admit I only take her out probably every 2 hours.
You can see the difference of how much snow there is now.
It seems that someone has flipped over the water table. Tsk tsk.
Well I must be going now, Dears.
Farewell!

Boo-hoo
Well, remember when I told you all the snow was melting? Yeah....it's not. We just got a big snow dump and it's still snowing. UGH!
See....SO much snow!!
We got Saxon a water table to play with but then it snowed....lol.
You can see where Daddy plowed and then how much extra it snowed. He plowed yesterday...well...snowblowed. ;-)
I'm just really hoping (probably in vain :-( ) that it starts to melt at least somewhat before the Hoops come...in 10 days. Lol. It's not gonna happen....but I can dream right? ;-p
And yes, the Hoops are coming in 10 days!! AHHH!!!!! It's SOOOOO happy!!! I can't wait!!
Well I guess I'll go. Love you!!

Bath time!
So...Millie got a bath earlier this evening. It's so funny when she gets a bath because she is so skinny. She just has so much hair that when she's dry her hair is fluffy and she looks bigger than she actually is. She doesn't enjoy her baths very much. She cries but it's funny because she sounds so cute! Anyways, I look ridiculous in the picture but I had to show you how cute she is.
Also, she used to lay on Libby. It was so cute. She hasn't really done it lately. :-( So I wanted to show you that too. She's just so cute!! And she went on her first walk earlier and did splendid. I never had to hold her. Except for when we passed the neighbors house and their mean dog was outside and I got creeped out. Lol. That why she had to have a bath....she was dirty on her belly from walking through puddles. :-p
And.....Happy Easter! Late. I hope everyone had a good Easter....I know I did!!
There isn't very much more going on around here. But the Hoops are going to be here on the 18th and I absolutely CANNOT wait!!!!!!!!! Eek! It's so exciting! I miss them sooooooooooooooooooo much!!!
The snow around here is starting to melt and there is a pretty nice amount of grass. Our patio is almost all clear of snow. And there's grass, rocks, and dirt. So I'm pretty excited. We've also had really warm temperatures of late. Around the 40s during the day. So lovely and warm.....it makes me happy.
Well, I guess I'll be going now before I start sounding ridiculous because of late night tiredness.
Goodnight my lovely blog readers!!
