Mama and Daddy decided that us 3 kids were gonna open up our presents from each other tonight. I'm not really sure why.....but all the same......I'm fine with it. And plus my presents were cool. :-). Now do understand by "each other" I do not mean from every one of us.....just the 3 kids.

I got a mug from Piersen, a watch from Saxon. :-) Sweet.

Piersen got Legos from me, a watch from Saxon. He was happy. Plus he had been wanting a watch for a while now.

Saxon got an Imaginex toy from Piersen, and Batman Jammies from me. He, being a little boy
and thinking everything is cool, was very excited.

Mama's birthday is the 21st.....so soon. I would tell you what I got her except then she would know......so I'm not gonna do that. Obviously.......... :-P

And we got our presents from DeeDee.
Piersen got a card game called "knights"...him and Daddy are trying to figure it out now.

Saxon got a game for toddlers called "The Sneaky Snacky Squirrel Game". It is soooo cute.....and extremely easy but it is after all for toddlers. :-)

I got these really cool colored pencils that look like tree branches. And a "Wreck this Journal" book. It's really awesome and funny and totally crazy. Like some of the pages...ohmygosh. "Break the spine", "tie a piece of string around the spine of this book and take a walk,drag the book on the ground." Yeah I know it sounds crazy. But it's actually really cool.

I added a picture of Saxon and I....now I just have to figure out how to do a video from and IPad. :-)

My little Saxon is so cute.

This is a conversation I had with him about a week ago.

"So, Saxon what are you gonna get Mama for Christmas?"  I asked, just curious to see what his answer would be.

"Uhhh, I don't know." He answered with a shrug.

"Oh." I replied, smiling.

After a moment's silence he looked at me and with an "ohh" answered "Dir (girl) stuff."

I smiled and said "oh."


He's sooo cute.

And his memory is kinda creepy.  He remembers like.......EVERYTHING.  *shivers*  :-p

I changed the look of my blog....to a Christmas-sy theme.  There's a couple things I can't figure out and it's really getting on my nerves so I'll have to either figure it out or just deal with it.  :-D

OK, I lied about doing Sunday outfits.  hehe....*cowers*
Yeah, I'm not gonna do that.

Anyways!!

Mama is going to Florida to see sweet little baby Isabella.  In case you don't know, Isabella is Mama's Sister's new baby.

Mama leaves late tonight.  We'll leave the house around 9:00 p.m.  We all are gonna miss her.  Saxon is gonna FREAK when she leaves.  I'll probably be sighing in embarrassment when we're leaving the airport from dropping her off.

I'm sure in Mama's head she's probably going "BABY BELLA, HERE I COME!!!!!!"
And in my head I'm pretty much going "here come's Mama baby Bella." With a sad face of course.  And a sigh.

I wish we all were going to Florida, but no.  Oh Well.  There's always another time.



Thanksgiving is on the horizon.  Another year has come and gone since last Thanksgiving when I was spending a wonderful time with my cherished friends.  Seems kinda crazy.

Yes, Mama won't be here for Thanksgiving.  But there are still plenty of things to be thankful for.

1. God.  
2. My family.
3. My friends.
4. My dog.
5. A warm house.
6. Food.
7. Clothes

Some of those are not in the correct order.  But most of them are.  Definitely the first one.  There are of course others.  Silly little ones for things like Ipods, books....etc.


I'm sorry.......I need to put pictures on here......I'll try to soon.  But for now I can't. Sorry.

13!!!!!!!!

Hi!!!

Ummmmm yeah...it's a bit late to be posting this but....oh well.  :-)

I'm 13!! 

My birthday was good.  I got sick on my birthday.  So why was it good?  Umm....I don't know....it just was....yuppo!!  I got donuts from FredMeyer's and coffee from Starbucks for my breakfast.  Not sure what I had for lunch :-/ And shrimp Alfredo for dinner.  Yummy!! Mama made the dinner.  We had warm,chocolate cake,with no frosting on it for dessert...and coffee ice cream.  :-D  PLEASE don't ask why I had plain chocolate cake...it is just SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!  And I got fingerless gloves from Forever 21...that had foxes on them....or deer...no one can agree what they are.  I think they're foxes. :-D

Then finally, Mama and I, went to the mall in Anchorage for a b-day date, a few (?) Saturday's ago.  I got new boots (love)!! And a new tunic thing-y.  And a beret.  And a few earrings.  All from Forever 21.  Then we walked around and got some caramels from an Alaska store.  And then we left.  We went to Once Upon a Child, which is a store here in AK.  I got quite a few things from there.  Then we went to eat a cute little cafe/bakery.  We had baguettes and baked, garlic mussels.  And OhMyGosh....they were soooooo good.  But seeing as it was an appetizer, we only got 5....Mama and I think we should've gotten more than just 5.....bummer.  But oh well, it was still  good!! :-)

So we had fun.  But that was last month.  This month........I don't know.  ;-D  I mean it's been a good month and all...but nothing big going on.  Oh but now I have another cousin!! My Mama's Sister had her baby.  I'll see if I can put pics up sometime....I have to ask Mama.

I have to count how many day's I've been doing my outfit thing-y. So hold on....I gotta count...OK...I finished counting.

According to my counting.......84 days.  I have begun to fail a bit.  I did re-do some outfits sometimes.  So I would say probably around 70...74....days really.  I'm not sure.  I'm not really good at calculations.  But...........overall I did enjoy it.  It made me be more creative with what I wore.
I'm making it sound like I'm not gonna do it anymore.  Well, that can definitely be questioned.  I'm not sure if I'm gonna just completely stop doing it.  Or if I'm gonna continue.  If I do continue I will NOT be putting pictures up....you can count on that.
What I have decided to do is post my outfit every Sunday.  I hope I don't fail.  I don't know why I'm gonna do this.......I just feel like doing it.  We'll see how creative I can be on Sunday's!!!  You might get those outfit posts on Sunday or Monday....depends.  Or Tuesday.  Or Wednesday.  Or Thursday.  Or Friday.  Or Saturday.  OK, OK I'll stop now.  :-D

Hello!!!

Why hello there!  I haven't typed to you in a while.

I'm progressing on my outfit thing pretty well if I may say so myself.  I have may have repeated a couple outfits and will probably do so in the future.....oh well.  I don't really feel like counting how many days I've been doing this right now so you'll have to find that out later.

Also, I don't think I'm going to put that video of Saxon up anymore because I think it's a little too late to be of any importance. ;-) But 'praps I will just for fun.

Hopefully sometime soon I will add some pictures and videos sometime later.  A question....when I put videos up can you watch them or does it not work?  Sometimes it works for me and sometimes not.....I would really appreciate it if you would tell me cuz' if no one can watch them then I'm not gonna waste my time waiting for them to upload on here.  ;-)

I have still failed you!  I have been doing diff outfits and hopefully I will really truly try to commit myself to taking pictures and putting them up here.  Or maybe I just shouldn't even say that anymore since I don't actually do it........  :-D  If I do actually try to....today will be boring.....we're probably going to go berry picking and who wants to dress too nice going berry picking?? Wow. I have completely failed you. Sorry.  Does anyone really mind if I skip a BUNCH of pictures and just post how many days? Does anyone mind? Huh? Huh? Wat?!?? (sorry) I really will try to continue starting like...today....maybe to ACTUALLY put up pictures....no promises though!!

High-bush Cranberries: 3 cups aka 3/4 quart  (in the pic of these ones we only have 2 cups but we picked more that day so i had to add a cup)

Low-bush Cranberries:  4 cups aka 1 quart

Blueberries: 2 cups aka 1/2 quart. ( I think Mama and I picked about a cup each)

Crowberries: 2 3/4 cups 9not sure how much of a quart that would be....1/2 and 3/4 of a quart maybe??)

I really am!!

I really am going to put pics of my outfits up....but the the big computer is messed up and I don't know how to do pics on my laptop so they're gonna have to wait until Daddy gets home.....speaking of Daddy.......since      the school he was doing is over he talked to the people who figure out the flying arrangements (I guess) and they said he could come home TODAY!!!  So.....he's on his way RIGHT NOW......he should be flying.....
According to my thingy on the fridge he should be home in 7 hours and (around) 25 mins!!  Please don't ask why I put minutes on there too.....I just did......I'll change the mins around every 30 mins or so.....  :-D

I've decided to do this thing where I see how long I can go wearing a different outfit everyday.  I'll take pics everytime and put 'em on here.....I think Mama may put 'em up on FB too...not sure.  Anyways.......today was my first day so here are the pics.

I wore my new boot-cut jeans I got from ON and a Lands End tunic-y thing over them.  For my shoes I wore some cute ones I got at Target last year (i think).  And I put my hair half-way up. ;-)

At home!

Hi!

Yesterday was our last day in Fbks.  We woke up (tuesday) around 7:30-8:00,ate breakfast, hung-out, and took some pics.  When it was time to leave no one wanted to say goodbye.  We all hugged a bunch of times, and tried not to cry.  I mostly succeeded at the latter.  The kids (hoop) ran down to the stop sign at the end of their street to wave goodbye.  It was a great week.  I tried really hard to be grateful (and i was) and not ask for more,but because of our sinful nature, I did (along with the girls).  The Hoops are great friends.  We even call their parents "Aunt Annie" (short for Tiffany) and "Uncle Kenny".  They call my parents "Aunt Mitzi" and "Uncle Sean".  We had a Lord of the Rings marathon week while we were there.  The boys (and 3 yr old girl) went to bed while the girls and parents stayed up and watched LOTR. It was fun.  A lot of fun.  Like a lot a lot of fun.


On a couple other notes:

BEES!
The place is infested with them.  We have a big nest on the alcove of the roof or whatever ya' call it and there are stinkin' bees almost EVERYWHERE!!  Over the last week that we have been gone the nest has not only grown but the bees (or something) have become a LOT more popular around here.  Last night some guy was gonna come over and spray the nest down with a pressure-washer (nuts...totally nuts!!) but never actually did. So........


Our Car:
Is  was having problems. It was shuttering and shaking and when Mama stopped at a light it was shuttering really bad.  When we got home Mama asked our upstairs neighbor if he knew what the problem was.  SO he has one of those computer thingy's that you hook up to the car to see whats wrong,so he used that and told Mama that the spark plugs and distributor cap (don't ask me what that is) needed to be replaced.  They looked like they had never been replaced (I'm not sure what year our car is).  SO he said one of his friends would come over Sunday to help him fix it.  But he didn't want Mama to use the car so he said she could use their truck if she needed to go anywhere.  Anyways, then he had to go help a different friend pick something up at Lowe's so then that guy came over to look at the car, and our neighbor said that he could get the things they needed for the car at a diff store and he and his friend that he had had to go help could fix it that night so M wouldn't be "carless" for the week.  So him and his friend stayed up until 12:00 at night fixing our car....and they succeeded.  I am so grateful for them. Our neighbors are such great neighbors and they have been such a blessing (as has his friend).  I know Mama is so grateful to know that there is someone to fix her car and things like that when Daddy isn't here.


Trixie: (this happened a couple weeks ago but I thought you may still wanna know)
Trixie is our, not upstairs but next door, neighbors dog.  She's cute.  She's sweet.  My family and I love her.  Until she gets territorial.  And attacks Libby.  Then she's not cute.  She's not sweet.  She's not loveable at the moment.  She's evil looking.  She's evil sounding.  She's kinda despicable at the moment.  But you end up forgiving her.  Then it happens again.  Then she's kinda unforgivable.  She's not allowed on your property.  So your Daddy goes over to her owners house and tells her parents about what happened.  And asks to keep her off of our property.  It works....for like a day.  Then she keeps coming over.  It's annoying.  We ignore her.  We try to get the upstairs kids to do the same.  Their parents do but not really the kids.  Oh well.     I'm kinda afraid of taking Libby outside now....the attacks really shook me and now I get cautious with any dog I don't know around Libby.....I know it sounds stupid...kinda whimpy.....but it's just the way I am.  That's all I have on Trixie right now. So......moving on.



Cellphone Tower:
Near our house Verizon is putting up a cellphone tower.  Trixie's parents are going beserk.  All over their yard they've put up signs about how anything for money = greed. And how they're gonna get cancer and all sorts of stuff.  They even spraypainted words on an old refrigerator.....nuts.  An NBC truck even went over to their house but we can't find any video footage online...oh well.

Not many.  I have some of us actually in Fbks, but they're on Mama's camera and they're not on the computer yet.  Soon though....hopefully.  OK....my laptop is being annoying so unfortuently I won't be able to put any pics up right now.  I have to wait until I can get my hands on the other computer.  I'll try to do that later today.

We've arrived!

Hello, people!

We got at the Hoops around 6:30 last night.
The drive wasn't wonderful but wasn't horrible either.  I have to say..the boys were actually quite well-behaved. : -)  We hung-out for a while and got in bed about 11:45 and then the girls and I talked till 12:10.  It was fun.  We woke up around 7:50.  I know...I know..you're probably wondering how we went to bed so late and got up that early.  Trust me.....I can do it when I'm with my Hoopies! ;-D  Well, I gotta get going now!!  I'll try to update later, but I don't think I'll be able to put pics up from the drive until we get home. :-(  Talk to you later!!!!!!

Sad and Happy!

Hi!

You're probably wondering what the title means.  Well.......
I'm sad: because Daddy has to go to Mississippi for 3 weeks for some work thing.  :'-(
We'll mostly be alone for 3 weeks except for the neighbors upstairs who are really nice.
But then Daddy said that we should go up to Fairbanks for a week cuz he doesn't want Mama alone for 3 weeks. (also the hoops had come here to visit us while they were visiting there friends in Soldotna and we talked about coming up while D was gone) Happy: So tomorrow morning we're gonna leave w/ the dog and drive up to Fbks. w/out Daddy.  I'm SO HAPPPPPPEEEEEEE!!  We'll be there for a WHOLE ENTIRE WEEK!!!!!!  And we'll be able to see everyone at church!!! EEEEK!!!  It'll be a long and tiring drive but hopefully it won't rain ( M doesn't like driving in the rain) and hopefully we won't get a flat tire (M doesn't know how to change one and she really doesn't want to get one). PPLLEEAASSEE pray!  It would be very much appreciated. :-)  Hopefully I'll get lots of pics and post 'em on here. :-)  Another sad: Nana KK and Papa Rich (well mostly Nana) are being chicken and won't come up the 3rd week D's gone. BOCK BOCK BOCK BOCK BOCK!!! :-p CHICKENS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mosquitoes

Yes.... mosquitoes. There has been quite few around here lately. Even in the house. Sometimes you'll smack one and then there will be blood on the wall and your hand. Not exactly the loveliest thing ever. One of my friends said that one of her friends when a mosquitoes lands on her wrist she squeezes her wrist so the blood will go into the mosquito and then it pop's because it has too much blood in it. G-R-O-S-S!!!!!!! totally.
In our backyard behind the fence there is a birch tree and in that birch tree there is a robin's nest. Sometimes you can see the robin's head sticking out but at other time's not. We don't know if there are eggs yet, but hopefully Daddy will get the ladder so we can see in it.
Today ( saturday ) Bub's best friend, Michael, and his Mom came over for a ( late ) b-day lunch where we had homemade pizza, and store bought cheesecake ( because Mama packed her pans so...... ) and store bought ice-cream. It was fun.
I think we have ( FINALLY ) found a house, but alas it is a dry cabin which will not be too too much fun but at least it's just for a couple months over the Summer ( we have to use an out house YUCK ).
Nothing else much going around here lately and I have to go get my PJ's on anyway's.

We're moving to............

ANCHORAGE!!

I'm pretty happy because I'll still be able to see all of my friends since we'll be so close to them but I still wish I could see everyone in Florida and Georgia. :) 

Daddy starts work there on June 11th. He'll be working on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. We're still trying to decide where we're gonna actually live. Daddy and I are gonna head down to Anchorage on Thursday and stay there till Saturday to look around at houses. Mama and Daddy have been looking at lots of houses on-line and have seen quite a few cute ones that aren't too much money. With Daddy's new job starting on June 11th we have more time to hang out with all of our friends then what it may have been earlier. He didn't actually have a start date for the job so I'm not sure when he would've started but I do know that it would've been earlier then June 11th............I think so anyboo........I REALLY REALLY hope that I got all of that right....but if I didn't Mama reads my blog and she'll leave a comment fixing my mistakes so read the comments just to be sure...please. :)

Day before Yesterday (aka: Sunday)

Happy Late Mother's ("mama's") Day,to all of those Mother's, Mom's,Mama's,Mommy's,whatever as long as you are a Mama than the above is going to you!

Me and Daddy had decide to make Mama lactose-free pancakes whilst she slept in.....buuuuuut Daddy forgot. :( Oop-Si-Doop-Si!! Ah well...next time perhaps.  : D
We went to church, then we were gonna go to this cute little falafal place for lunch but it was C-L-O-S-E-D....BUUUUUUUMEEEEEEEEER! So we decided that we would go to a new thai place buuuuuuuut then Mama and Daddy decided on the way home that she (Mama) would drop Daddy,Saxon,Bub,and I off at the house to gather fire wood while she went to the store to get hot dogs,buns,chocolate bars, graham crackers, marshmallows,and of course whatever else she needed at the store. When she got home we had enough fire wood for a fire. We made one, ate outside, and had lots of F-U-N!!!!

On a side note: Mama,sorry we didn't do lunch,I sure hope you had just as much fun with the fire. I did but after all, it was for Y-O-U.  : D


Also,Mama made these WONDERFUL drinks and as I was watching, Saxon was transferring ice cubes from one cup into another because apparently it was "yahky" (which is really "yucky") so he then proceeded to dump the cup that did not have the ice cubes in it onto the ground,then he did the same with the next cup........and the next. Yes I know it's just one of the most loveliest things ever isn't it?  N-O-T!


As of now I don't have the pictures from that night uploaded onto the computer so I will have to try to get those uploaded so you can---hopefully---enjoy them.

1-hour Bread

This recipe for 1-hour bread is DELICIOUS!! And...anyone can make it. : D So.......ENJOY!!


1-Hour Bread


Ingredients:
5 1/4 c. bread flour (we use regular)
3 TBS. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt (Mama does not think this is enough...I do about 2 tsp...or more)
1 1/2 TBS. instant yeast (rounded)
1 1/2 TBS veg. oil
2 c. warm water


Directions:

Mix together the first 4 ( flour, sugar, salt, yeast) ingredients.
Add the last 2 (oil, water) ingredients.
Mix for 1 minute,it should be very sticky.
Mix for 5 minutes (no more flour after this mixing).
Spray the counter w/non-stick spray.
Knead the bread real quick,you don't need to knead it much.
Cut the bread into 2 pieces and shape into 2 loaves.
Put loaves on pan and cover.  Let rise for 25 minutes (on the counter).
Turn oven onto 350*.
When 25 minutes are over slash bread  and bake for 25-30 minutes.

SLICE!  BUTTER!  AND OH OH OH I ALMOST FORGOT.......EAT!!!!

Thought I would tell a little 'bout what's goin' on 'round her lately. (sorry i felt like writing everything the short way today).
OK.
It's been cold 'round here lately. Like sunny at first and then it gets all cloudy and sometimes RAINS!!  AGH!!
-starts singing- rain rain go away come again some other day -stops singing- Anyhoo....-clears throat-
Saxon of late has been getting tummy aches 2 or 3 time a day and Mama talked to her friend and her friend said that Sax might be lactose intolerant. I think I got that right.... so anyways Mama wants us to try going lactose free for 10 days. UGH!! Seriously,Dude?!?!?!?! I CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT MILK!!!!!
Anyboo...yes I meant to type that  : D That's all really.
Oh except for my Hoopies are spending the night tonight....YAY YAY YAY!!!

Hey!

As you may have noticed I changed my blog up a bit...well I guess you could say a lot. I changed all the colors and text and everything but--thankfully--I didn't change where everything is. I also added an About. So go check that out if you want! I hope you like my changes. And I hope you like my About. And yeah,yeah,yeah some of the stuff in my About is really weird--I'm really weird--but.....I like weird. :) Mama and I have this saying: If you're weird, you're not weird. If you're not weird, you're weird. Get it? Daddy sure doesn't! :p (see right now I'm being weird). Anyhoo..I miss everyone down there in Florida! COOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK,let me tell you the story from the beginning.

So we were driving home from church Today and we had just passed the transfer site. So I'm sitting in my seat looking out the window and I see something. (so real quick........on the road we were driving on there are woods and then there is a big tall fence and then there is some grass and then some more trees and then a ditch and then the road....BUT ANYHOO!!)so....I see something and I'm thinking like oh OK I'm pretty sure I just saw a wild cat and then I'm telling everyone in the car "Guys I think I just saw a wild cat I'm almost positive I just saw a wild cat!" and then Daddy is turning around and then we see it again and Daddy and Mama are like "Yep that's a lynx." Can you believe it or what?? A LYNX!!!!!!!!! Dude,like TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was REALLY awesome. We didn't get any pictures but I thought you might still be interested. So yeah wha-da-ya think? And the poor little guy or girl was stuck in between a fence and a road.....not exactly the best or funnest two things to be stuck between when you're a wild cat now is it? The little thing started to go the right way where eventually the fence would stop and he would be able to go into the woods but he turned back around after going a little ways. I sure hope that he'll find his way back home.....where ever his home is.

It was a cool little "adventure".

Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter Sunday!!!

I hope that everyone has

a wonderful weekend. I think that we are going to.....even though it would be even better if we were there (in Fl.) celebrating with ya'll. We're gonna go to church on Sunday and then after church we're gonna go over to the Shaw's for an Easter dinner. They (the Shaw's) also invited a very new couple from church over. I think that it is very sweet for the Shaw's to invite us to dinner. I'm going to most likely be a little bored. I'll probably be sitting with the grown-ups reading a book or writing my book. Why you ask??? I'll tell you why. I will be the ONLY girl there. Yes the ONLY. Wait wait wait...please let me re-phrase that. I will be the only girl that is a CHILD. Mh Hmm....much better. :-D The Shaw's have two boys neither of them around my age.....2 yrs and 5 yrs. Oh well though, I will hopefully have an at least....oh what....20-30.....minute Hoopie fix before that. ;-) I'm sure I will still have fun though. The Shaw's are very nice people. But then again like EVERYBODY at our church is....... :-D

And some photos are up above. When I added them to this post it didn't put them where I wanted them....oh well. Unfortuentely I do not have a recent picture of Saxon. Even these one's aren't very recent. And yes we are wearing homemade armor out of cardboard and I look COMPLETELY RI-DIC-U-LUS. *sigh* Perhaps soon...perhaps very soon I will have a bunch of pictures up on my blog....and perhaps they will actually be recent. :-D

And oh oh oh waaaaaait!!!! Yeah...umm....I'm wearing.....umm...OK OK I'm wearing Saxon's armor that say's 'Prince Saxon' and has a lion on it and is WAY too small for me. Daddy made me put it on in the picture. *UGH!!*
