I use a left handed bow which means that my left eye is my dominant one. It's funny beause I'm actually right handed but again-right or left handed bows don't have anything to do with your dominant hand. Just your dominant eye.
Piersen uses a right handed bow which means he is right eye dominate. Yet again, it's funny cause he is left handed.
We got to shoot balloons on our last day and it was funny cause usually at archery the other kids are the ones who are hitting the target the most and I have difficulty hitting the target. But with the balloons I was having an easy time whilst everyone else was having a difficult time. Ha!
Our first Intermediate class is on October 27. I am very much looking forward to it. I'm pretty sure Bub and I are going to get our own bows. Saxon might too-not sure. Bub is going to get a Genesis Bow but we don't know what kind I'm going to get because if you want to do competition (which is what I'm hoping to eventually do) you have to have a certain bow for certain types of competitions. We are going to schedule a thing with Ms. Judy (our archery teacher) where I will go there for an hour and try out some different bows to see what I like best. :-) I will post more after that and when we get our bows. :-)
On Sunday none of us were feeling good (except Daddy and Sax) but it was a gorgeous day so we decided to go on a drive to Point (I think it's also called "Port" for certain things) McKenzie. We were not up to hiking so a nice pretty drive was very enjoyable. :-) On the way there we drove through a little neighborhood area that's suppose to be amazing (most of it wasn't though lol!) and there was a newly built house for sale so Daddy pulled into the drive way and made us get out to look at the view. And what a view!! It was gorgeous! That house must've been selling for so much money....
A little creek with a wooden bridge and four wheeler trails. I guess it must be relatively safe to go four wheeling on it. There are definitely well driven tracks.
And remember, whoever ends up living here gets to see this everyday from their driveway and windows. Wow! And the people on that street have pretty much the same view too.
