Sunday Outfit #7

Today I wore leggings, a gray pleated skirt and a sweater over a button up chambray shirt. I wore cute socks peeking out from my boots and wore my hair down half the day and then put it up in a bun later. Usual makeup. Little flower earrings and an ear cuff I got for Christmas. And of course my ring necklace;-)

We opened our stockings and then our presents under the tree. We got lots of cool stuff. :-) We had cinnamon rolls for breakfast and then in the afternoon we went to see the last hobbit. The Battle of The Five Armies. It was awesome. And depressing.

Tonight we are gonna watch Desolation of Smaug and tomorrow we're gonna go watch The Hobbit:Battle of the five armies in theaters. I. Can't. Wait.

Her and Saxon slept in late Sunday so Daddy, Piersen, and I cleaned the house. It was quite messy from Saturday night ;-) even after some very sweet ladies helped to clean up. I made her cake Sunday morning so it would be ready when we got home. We went to church (extremely late! :-/ ) and then headed to another Christmas Party at a family's house that knows another family at church so pretty much knows everyone else at church. That was extremely confusing, huh? Anyways, we had a good time and when we got home we had cake and Mama opened her present. 

If she had made it it would've been prettier. But at least it tastes good ;-) it's SO chocolatey. 

Saxon got her this sparkle cupcake ornament. 

The rest of us got her this little bird necklace from Etsy.

Third Annual Christmas Open House

Saturday we had our third annual Christmas Open House. It went really well. We had a bigger crowd this year compared to last due to knowing some more people this year and inviting some people from Daddy's work. It started at 2:00. A couple people came and stayed for a couple hours and around 4:00 there was a pretty good crowd. Most people stayed a couple hours but some stayed all evening. Two families actually stayed until almost 11:00. That's normal though :-) I didn't get very many pictures. I never do :-/ But I'm gonna try to get a post up soon about Christmas decorations. :-)

Sunday Outfit #6

Yesterday I wore my jean skirt, brown boots and button up red gingham shirt with a green sweater over it. I guess I'm feeling Christmasy;-) 

Normal makeup, hair curled and down, for jewelry I wore a strand of pearls, my ring necklace and plain diamond earrings. 

2 years old!

Today Millie turned 2:-) Can you believe that in March I will have had her for two years? Seems crazy!

Sunday Outfit #6

Yesterday I wore my jean skirt with a white long sleeved Tshirt and a new plaid vest that I got at OldNavy. I wore my boots, usual makeup, and my ring necklace. I left my hair down most of the day except when I put it in a braid at church cause I was so hot!

Intermediate Archery-Completed

Well yesterday was our last class for intermediate archery. We had a good time. We got to shoot balloons. 

Also, I don't know if I mentioned it before but remember when I went to that hour thing to try out different bows? Well after that she let me use the different bows at lessons so I tried them out and ended up deciding on a Genesis. Which is a compound. So yesterday I ordered my very own bow!! It's a camo Genesis Pro. I am extremely excited!! It's suppose to come in about 10 days. I'll also need to order a case and arrows. I'll post when I get it:-) 

I'm going to be doing advanced classes which start on January 5th. I can't wait. Piersen isn't going to do the advanced class. 

Sunday outfit #5

Today I wore my jean skirt, a green sweater, and new boots!! I wore my hair in a ponytail half the day and then took it down. Normal makeup, diamond earrings, and my ring necklace.

I finally chose a pair of boots ;-) I really like them. They're so much more comfortable than my black ones. Those things were/are terrible.

They're actually Bogs and I was really surprised when I saw that they were cause the only Bogs I've seen look like this: (in different patterns and colors)

They're heavy duty, warm, waterproof boots. So to find those but really cute was very nice. ;-)

Saxon

Today the boys and I were going outside to play in the snow. I had this on :

Along with my snowbibs and boots. 

Well Saxon comes up to me and says "are you gonna be cold?"

I say "no."

"Is that all you're putting on?"

"No. I'm gonna put another jacket on."

"Oh ok," he says "cause you can freeze out there. Seriously. I just protecting you."

Gah!!!! He's so cute!!!

Thanksgiving 2014

Happy Thanksgiving!! 

I hope you had a good day. :-) I did. I slept in ;-P and then we all just hung around. The boys played a board game, Mama cooked food, and I sat around and texted the girls ;-)  

Later the boys went outside (daddy included) and mama cooked more ;-P and I went and got dressed and did my hair. 

We had dinner around 4:00. It was so good. We all ate until we literally could eat no more. 

Menu:

Turkey

Broccoli Casserole

Rolls with Honey Butter 

That delicious cranberry jelly stuff that comes in a can. 

We also had water and sparkling cider :-)

Recently

We haven't been up to too much lately. Just hanging around together:-) Saturday we went to a family from church's house for a early thanksgiving dinner. It was fun. Mrs Jessie made creme brûlée in candied pumpkins. They were so good!! I ate two ;-P

Isn't she adorable? She got all snuggled up like that by herself. <3

I seriously did my school like this for about ten minutes. It wasn't very good of me seeing as how I have a bit of a cold anyways. Let's just say my head didn't feel great that day. ;-P

I had some fun with eyeliner one day. ;-P it didn't turn out right-I made the tip way too thick-but it was still fun. :-)

I guess that's all for now. :-) Thanksgiving is today. I hope you all have a great one. The Hoops were going to be here a few days after but plans got messed up. :-/ We (me and the hoop girls) are extremely sad. Seriously. :-(

An Update on my update

Hi! Sorry, I just couldn't resist that title. To me it's really fun to say. ;-P
Anyhoo! I updated the look of my blog...again :-/ I just wasn't ready for a super Christmas-y one. Maybe once it reaches December. :-)
So...how do you like the look? It's not my favorite but I didn't feel like spending forever to get it amazing. :-P Can you read the font ok?

Update

As you can see I changed the look of my blog. I personally really like it. I'm thinking maybe I should've made it a little less Christmas-y and just kinda warm tones until it gets closer to Christmas cause I'm worried I might get tired of this one too soon. :-/ I'll have to think about it. But in the meantime I have a question...Can you read the words alright? I don't like boring ones but I feel like when I choose fancier ones they're always too hard to read. So your opinion on that would be nice :-)

Sunday Outfit #4

This sunday I wore a jean skirt, top from Fred Meyers, and black boots. My hair was straightened and down. My makeup was my usual-brown eyeshadow, mascara, blush. ;-) diamond earrings, and my necklace I wear everyday (my friendship ring around a chain cause otherwise it's too big)

I didn't get a picture of my whole outfit. We slept in (:-/ ) and then had a long day-church and then a bday party. 

Also, not sure if I've mentioned it before but my friend Leah Hoop is doing the outfit thing with me. I'll put a link to her blog in my sidebar-along with some other blogs. (I'm not positive you'll be able to reach the Hoop Girls blogs. I think you may only be able to view them by being invited by the blogger. Not sure) anyways, she's on week six of sunday outfits because we (the barbers) skipped two weeks of church. ;-P

Also, here's what our friendship rings look like. Except now mine is on a chain ;-) 

They came in a set of three at OldNavy so we just got two sets. :-)

Also, if my last post sounded weird-I'm sorry. I typed it up as the things happened during that day so it was kinda different.

Seward Sea Life Center

On Tuesday Daddy got to stay home for Veterans Day so he decided to just take Wednesday off too since during the Winter the Sea Life Center is free on Wednesdays for Alaska Residents. 

Wednesday morning we finally got up at 8:00. Thankfully everyone got going and didn't sit around. ;-P

We left the house around 9:00, ran to Walmart and finally got on our way to Anchorage at about 9:30 I believe. We stopped for coffee at SteamDot in Anchorage. At 12:00 we were still on the road to Seward. We pulled over for about 5 minutes to look at the water real quick. It was SO windy. I really wish I could put videos on here :-( we finally arrived at 2:00 and got in free for Alaska residents free winter Wednesday's. It was really cool. There was a bunch of tanks with smaller fish and crabs and that sort of thing. There was a touch tank with weird slimy feeling things. ;-P I did touch though. ;-) there was also a huge Stellar Sea Lion named Woody. I didn't know they got that big! There was also a place where you could go into an enclosed bids area and there were a bunch of birds and some of them went under the water and swam. It was so cute when they swam...they looked like they were flying underwater. Haha! There was a place where you could go out and see Harbor Seals.

That is an octopus closed eye. I thought it was very cute. 

I have no clue what this is. I just saw it in a tank. It looks like a giant prickly slug. :-/

Anyways, we had a good day:-) I got a replica of an arrow head in their gift shop and so did Bub and he also got a pyrite rock. Lol. Saxon got rock candy. 

Also, mama is doing fine as is the baby. ;-)
